Wholesale Policy

1. Eligibility for Wholesale Accounts

• Wholesale accounts are available to businesses such as pet stores, groomers, and distributors.
• To apply, you must provide a valid business registration number and proof of trading (e.g., VAT number, company website, or business license).
• Gor Pets reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

• The minimum order value for wholesale purchases is £200 Ex.VAT.
• Specific products may have minimum quantity requirements, which will be detailed in your account or product listings.

3. Pricing and Discounts

• Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved wholesale customers and is displayed after login.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
• Bulk discounts may be available for larger orders; please contact us for details.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and Cheque
• For approved credit accounts, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
• Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment clearance.
• Gor Pets is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Wholesale orders can only be returned for defective or damaged items.
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt with accompanying photographs.
• Approved returns will be replaced or credited to your account.

7. Exclusivity

• Gor Pets does not guarantee exclusivity for any product, brand, or geographic location. However, we are happy to discuss tailored arrangements for high-volume partners.

8. Use of Gor Pets Branding

• • Approved wholesalers may use Gor Pets product images and descriptions for marketing purposes, provided they adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Any misuse of Gor Pets branding or intellectual property may result in termination of your account.
